Text
Each health maintenance organization shall
demonstrate to the commissioner that the health maintenance
organization has developed an access plan to meet the needs of the
health maintenance organization's enrollees, including vulnerable and
underserved enrollees and enrollees from major population groups who
speak a primary language other than English.
