Text
(a)All applications, filings, and reports
required under this article shall be treated as public records under IC 5-14-3, except those that are:
(1)trade secrets; or
(2)privileged or confidential:
(A)quality management information; or
(B)commercial or financial information.
(b)An annual financial statement required under IC 27-13-8 is not
exempt from treatment as a public document under subsection
(a)(2)(B).
