§ 27-13-25-1 — Rehabilitation or liquidation as an insurance company; applicability of IC 27-9
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 13 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS·Ch. 25 Rehabilitation or Liquidation of Health Maintenance
The rehabilitation or liquidation of a health maintenance organization:
(1)shall be considered to be the rehabilitation or liquidation of an
insurance company; and
(2)shall be conducted under IC 27-9.
