§ 27-13-23-4 — Officers and agents; oaths and examination by commissioner
When conducting an examination of a health maintenance organization, the commissioner:
(1)may administer oaths to; and
(2)examine;
the officers and agents of the health maintenance organization
concerning the business of the organization.
