§ 27-13-23-2 — Quality management program examination

The commissioner may make an examination concerning the quality management program of a health maintenance organization whenever necessary for the protection of the citizens of Indiana. However, an examination of the quality management program of a health maintenance organization domiciled in Indiana must be conducted at least once every five (5) years.
