§ 27-13-23-1 — Health maintenance organization examination
The commissioner may make an examination
of a health maintenance organization whenever necessary for the
protection of the interests of the citizens of Indiana. However, an
examination of a health maintenance organization domiciled in Indiana
must be conducted at least once every five (5) years.
