§ 27-13-22-5 — Benefit payments to health maintenance organization; contract provisions

Under a contract between an insurer or a
hospital and a health maintenance organization under section 4 of this
chapter, the insurer or hospital may make benefit payments to the
health maintenance organization for health care services for which the
health maintenance organization is liable.
