§ 27-13-22-2 — Joint organization or operation as health maintenance organization
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 13 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS·Ch. 22 Powers of Insurers and Hospital Corporations
Notwithstanding any other law:
(1)insurers;
(2)hospitals; or
(3)subsidiaries or affiliates of entities referred to in subdivisions
(1)and (2);
may jointly organize and operate a health maintenance organization.
