§ 27-13-21-1 — Licensing of insurance producer
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 13 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS·Ch. 21 Insurance Producers of Health Maintenance
To qualify to represent a health maintenance
organization or a limited service health maintenance organization, an
insurance producer shall be licensed with an accident and health or
sickness qualification under IC 27-1-15.6-7.
