§ 27-13-2-8 — Waiver of rights under bankruptcy laws
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 13 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS·Ch. 2 Establishment of Health Maintenance Organizations
The commissioner may not issue a certificate
of authority to operate a health maintenance organization unless the
applicant has submitted to the commissioner a written waiver of the
health maintenance organization's rights under the federal bankruptcy
laws.
