§ 27-13-2-1 — Persons applying for certificate of authority
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 13 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS·Ch. 2 Establishment of Health Maintenance Organizations
Notwithstanding any other law, any person may
apply to the commissioner for a certificate of authority to establish and
operate a health maintenance organization under this article.
