§ 27-13-14-2 — Computation of liabilities
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 13 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS·Ch. 14 Protection Against Insolvency; Liabilities
The liabilities of a health maintenance organization must be computed:
(1)in accordance with rules adopted by the commissioner; and
(2)upon reasonable consideration of the ascertained experience
and character of the health maintenance organization.
