§ 27-13-13-2 — Deposit schedule
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 13 HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS·Ch. 13 Protection Against Insolvency; Deposit Requirements
A health maintenance organization that is in operation on July 1, 1994, shall make:
(1)a deposit with the commissioner equal to two hundred fifty
thousand dollars ($250,000) on July 1, 1994; and
(2)an additional deposit with the commissioner equal to two
hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) by December 31, 1995.
