§ 27-13-10-6 — Filing; procedures; representative
(a)A health maintenance organization shall
establish procedures to assist enrollees and subscribers in filing
grievances.
(b)An enrollee or subscriber may designate a representative to file
a grievance for the enrollee or subscriber and to represent the enrollee
or subscriber in a grievance under this chapter.
