§ 27-13-10-1 — Establishment of procedures
A health maintenance organization or limited
service health maintenance organization shall establish and maintain
a grievance procedure for the resolution of grievances initiated by
enrollees and subscribers of the organization. The grievance procedure
of a health maintenance organization or limited service health
maintenance organization must be approved by the commissioner.
