Indiana Statutes
§ 27-13-1-33 — "Subscriber premiums"
"Subscriber premiums" means money or any
other thing of value paid or given in consideration to a health
maintenance organization, agent, or solicitor on account of or in
connection with a contract under which a health maintenance
organization provides or arranges for the delivery of health care
benefits to enrollees.
