§ 27-13-1-15 — "Grievance"
"Grievance" means a written complaint submitted in accordance with the formal grievance procedure of a health maintenance organization by or on behalf of:
(1)the enrollee or subscriber regarding any aspect of the health
maintenance organization relative to the enrollee or subscriber; or
(2)an individual who would be an enrollee or a subscriber under
an individual contract or a group contract regarding the health
maintenance organization's decision to rescind the individual
contract or group contract.
