3.

(a)Any incorporated society authorized to transact business in Indiana under IC 27-1-14 (before its repeal) on December 31, 1985, is not required to reincorporate under this article.
(b)Societies described in subsection (a) may continue to transact business until April 30, 1986, and their licenses may be renewed annually under this article.
