Text
An applicant for license as a bail agent or recovery agent whose:
(1)application has been denied; or
(2)license has been suspended, revoked, or denied renewal by the
commissioner;
may appeal to the circuit court, superior court, or probate court of the
county from which the bail agent or recovery agent applied for the
license. The appeal shall be heard de novo.
