§ 27-10-2-2 — Prima facie evidence

Any written instrument purporting to be a copy of any action, proceeding, or finding of fact by the commissioner, or any record of the commissioner authenticated under the hand of the commissioner by the seal of the commissioner's office shall be accepted by all the courts of this state as prima facie evidence of the contents thereof.
