§ 27-10-1-4 — "Bail agent"
"Bail agent" means a person who has been:
(1)approved by the commissioner; and
(2)appointed by an insurer by power of attorney;
to execute or countersign bail bonds for the insurer in connection with
judicial proceedings for which the person receives a premium.
