§ 27-1-8-9 — Amended certificate of authority

When the provisions of sections 2 through 8 of this chapter have been complied with, then the commissioner may issue an amended certificate of authority, which shall license the company to transact the kind or kinds of insurance specified in its articles of incorporation and in the amendment to its articles of incorporation, and which shall expire at midnight, April 30, next following the date of issuance.
