§ 27-1-7-23 — Annual or other required statements; material false statement
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE·Ch. 7 General Corporate Powers and Responsibilities of
A director, officer, agent, or employee of any
company who knowingly subscribes, makes, or concurs in making or
publishing any annual or other statement required by law, containing
any material statement which is false, commits a Class A misdemeanor.
