Text

In the event the department approves the articles of incorporation of the proposed company, it shall then submit the proposed articles of incorporation to the attorney general for the state of Indiana, who shall examine said articles. If the attorney general finds that the articles of incorporation conform to the provisions of this article and are not inconsistent with the constitution of this state, and of the United States, he shall so certify and shall thereupon return the articles of incorporation to the department with his approval endorsed thereon.
