At least ten (10) and not more than twenty (20) days prior to the presentation of the articles of incorporation to the department as provided in section 6 of this chapter, the incorporators shall publish at least once in a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the English language, in the county in which the principal office of the proposed company is to be located, and at least once in a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the English language, in the city of Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana, a notice of intention to organize such a corporation, which publication shall contain the following:

(a)The name of the proposed company.
(b)A statement that the proposed company is to be organized under the provisions of this article.
