§ 27-1-49-10 — Civil penalty
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE·Ch. 49 Individual Prescription Drug Rebates
The commissioner may take appropriate
action to enforce this chapter by imposing a civil penalty not to exceed
ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per violation.
