§ 27-1-48-5 — "Participating provider"
As used in this chapter, "participating provider" refers to the following:
(1)A health care provider that has entered into an agreement with
an insurer under IC 27-8-11-3.
(2)A participating provider (as defined in IC 27-13-1-24).
