§ 27-1-45-10 — Compliance with federal requirements
The requirements of this chapter do not apply to a facility or practitioner that:
(1)is required to comply with; and
(2)is in compliance with;
45 CFR Part 149, Subparts E and G, as may be enforced and amended
by the federal Department of Health and Human Services.
