§ 27-1-44-2 — Electronic posting of policy or endorsement
A standard property and casualty insurance policy or endorsement that does not contain personally identifiable information may be:
(1)mailed or electronically delivered (as provided in IC 27-1-43)
to the insured; or
(2)posted on the insurer's Internet web site.
