This chapter does not apply to the following:
(1)A warranty provided under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty
Act, 15 U.S.C. 2301 et seq.
(2)A contract that is effective for a specified period and under
which a person agrees to:
(A)provide; or
(B)indemnify the contract holder for;
regular maintenance.
(3)A motor club approved under IC 9-30-2-8.
