(a)This chapter does not modify, limit, or
supersede the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National
Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq.).
(b)This chapter does not apply to a document to which IC 27-1-44
applies.
(c)This chapter does not apply to a notice or document related to
title insurance (as defined in IC 27-7-3-2).
