Text
(a)The commissioner may examine and
investigate the activities of a person that the commissioner reasonably
believes has violated this chapter.
(b)The commissioner may issue a cease and desist order or impose
a civil penalty of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each
violation of this chapter.
