§ 27-1-42-10 — Limits of certificate of insurance

Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE·Ch. 42 Certificates of Insurance

A certificate of insurance does not:

(1)amend, extend, or alter the coverage provided under; or
(2)confer to a person any rights in addition to the rights expressly provided in; the policy of property or casualty insurance to which the certificate of insurance refers.
