Text
(a)The department shall issue a notice or
bulletin on at least two (2) occasions to notify insurers, third party
administrators, and pharmacy benefit managers of the reporting
requirements set forth in this chapter.
(b)A notice or bulletin issued under this section must be posted on
the department's website in a manner that is easily accessible to
insurers, third party administrators, and pharmacy benefit managers.
