§ 27-1-39-5 — "Member" defined
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE·Ch. 39 Independent Educational Institution Self-Insurance
As used in this chapter, "member" means an
independent postsecondary educational institution that enters into an
agreement under section 7 of this chapter to form a consortium.
