7.

(a)This section does not apply to the following:
(1)A state employee health plan (as defined in IC 5-10-8-6.7(a)).
(2)The Medicaid program.
(b)A utilization review entity may not require prior authorization for the first twelve (12):
(1)physical therapy; or
(2)chiropractic; visits of each new episode of care.
