§ 27-1-36-8 — "Domestic insurer"

Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE·Ch. 36 Risk Based Capital Requirements

As used in this chapter, "domestic insurer" means any:

(1)insurance company;
(2)health maintenance organization;
(3)limited service health maintenance organization; or
(4)fraternal benefit society; that is domiciled in Indiana.
