Indiana Statutes
§ 27-1-36-53 — Immunity from liability
There is no liability on the part of, and no cause of action shall arise against:
(1)the commissioner;
(2)the department; or
(3)any employee or agent of the department;
for any action taken in the exercise of their powers and the performance
of duties under this chapter.
