§ 27-1-36-28 — Inaccuracy of RBC report filed by domestic insurer
(a)If the commissioner determines an RBC
report filed by a domestic insurer is inaccurate, the commissioner shall:
(1)adjust the RBC report to correct the inaccuracy; and
(2)notify the insurer of the adjustment.
(b)A notice provided by the commissioner under subsection (a)
must contain a statement of the reason for the adjustment.
