§ 27-1-3-2 — Conflicts of interest

Neither the insurance commissioner, during his term of office, nor any deputy, actuary, securities clerk, examiner or employee shall be directly or indirectly interested in any insurance company, except as an ordinary policyholder. Formerly: Acts 1935, c.162, s.9.
