§ 27-1-3-2 — Conflicts of interest
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE·Ch. 3 General Powers and Duties of the Department
Neither the insurance commissioner, during his
term of office, nor any deputy, actuary, securities clerk, examiner or
employee shall be directly or indirectly interested in any insurance
company, except as an ordinary policyholder.
