§ 27-1-3-18 — Solicitation for political assessments or contributions; violations

It is a Class A misdemeanor for a person to knowingly solicit from any officer or employee of the department any money or other property for political assessments or contributions. Formerly: Acts 1935, c.162, s.25. As amended by Acts 1978, P.L.2, SEC.2705.
