§ 27-1-3-16 — Disposition of taxes and fees accrued
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE·Ch. 3 General Powers and Duties of the Department
All taxes provided by this article and all fees
accruing to the department as provided in this article shall be paid into
the state treasury monthly.
