§ 27-1-3-1 — Exemption from individual liability
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE·Ch. 3 General Powers and Duties of the Department
Neither the insurance commissioner nor the
several officers and employees of the department shall be liable, in
their individual capacity, except to the state of Indiana, for any act done
or omitted in connection with the performance of their respective duties
under the provisions of this article.
