§ 27-1-28-16 — Nonresident licensure
(a)An individual who applies for an
independent adjuster license under this chapter and who:
(1)possesses an independent adjuster license for the same line of
authority in which the individual has applied for licensing under
this chapter in a state in which a prelicensing independent
adjuster licensure examination is required;
(2)possessed an independent adjuster license that:
(A)was for the same line of authority in which the individual
has applied for licensing under this chapter in a state in which
a prelicensing independent adjuster licensure examination is
required; and
(B)expired less than ninety (90) days before the date the
commissioner receives the application; or
(3)provides proof from contracting insurers that the individual
has participated in claims adjudication in the s
