Text

(a)An individual may apply for a resident independent adjuster license by submitting:
(1)a Uniform Application for Individual Adjusters to the commissioner with a declaration, under penalty of suspension, revocation, or refusal of licensure, that the statements made in the application are true and complete to the best of the individual's knowledge; and
(2)an application fee of forty dollars ($40).
(b)The commissioner shall approve an application submitted under subsection (a) upon finding all of the following:
(1)The individual is at least eighteen (18) years of age.
(2)The individual is eligible to designate Indiana as the individual's home state.
(3)The individual is determined by the commissioner to be trustworthy, reliable, and of good reputation.
