§ 27-1-28-10 — Independent adjuster licensure and exemption
A person shall not:
(1)act as an independent adjuster in Indiana; or
(2)hold the person's self out as an independent adjuster in
Indiana;
unless the person is licensed or exempt from licensure under this
chapter.
