Text
Policies, certificates, booklets, termination
notices, or other written communications delivered by an insurer to an
administrator for delivery to its covered individuals shall be delivered
by the administrator promptly after receipt of instructions from the
insurer to do so.

P.L.160-2003, SEC.13.
