Text
Effective 1-1-2026. Sec. 1.
(a)This chapter applies to a policy or
contract that is issued, delivered, entered into, renewed, or amended
after December 31, 2025.
(b)This chapter does not apply to the following:
(1)Medicaid or a managed care organization (as defined in IC 12-7-2-126.9).
(2)Except as provided in section 18 of this chapter, a state
employee health plan (as defined in IC 5-10-8-6.7).
