§ 27-1-23-13 — Application of chapter
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE·Ch. 23 Regulation of Insurance Holding Company Systems
This chapter, while independent in its
enactment of any other law, shall be supplemental to the Indiana
Insurance Law (IC 27-1-2 through IC 27-1-20). All provisions of IC 27-1-2 through IC 27-1-20 shall be fully and completely applicable to
this chapter in the same manner as if the provisions of this chapter had
been an original part of IC 27-1-2 through IC 27-1-20. This chapter
shall be controlling in the event there exists any conflict between this
chapter and IC 27-1-2 through IC 27-1-20.
