§ 27-1-22-23 — Exemption of rates and classifications from law governing rules and regulations

No provision of IC 4-22-2 shall be construed to apply to rates or classifications made pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and approved by the commissioner or department. Formerly: Acts 1967, c.133, s.23. As amended by P.L.252-1985, SEC.124.
